Where We Use AI
- AI Chatbot Concierge: an optional feature we build for clients that answers common questions and captures leads on their website.
- AI-assisted content and development: we may use AI tools to assist with writing, design, or code as part of building your website, always with human review before delivery.
- AI-assisted SEO: we use AI tools to help research and structure content for search and AI-search visibility.
Human Oversight
AI tools assist our work; they do not replace it. A person reviews AI-assisted output, including chatbot configurations and website content, before it goes live.
Chatbot Disclosure
If a website we've built includes an AI chatbot, it identifies itself as an automated assistant and can hand off to a human contact when needed.
Limitations
AI tools can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content or chatbot responses will always be complete or error-free, and we encourage review of any AI-assisted output that matters to your business.
Your Data & AI
We do not use client data to train third-party AI models. Data shared with AI tools is used solely to deliver the specific service requested.
