Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Mancini Business Solutions, LLC ("MBS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as through our contact form or booking calendar: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project. We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as pages visited and general location, through analytics and cookies (see our Cookie Policy). Your cookie banner choice is stored in your own browser rather than sent to us. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set if you opt out on that banner.
Where The Information Comes From
We collect information from three sources: directly from you, when you fill in a form, book a call, email or text us; automatically from your device and browser, through analytics and cookies unless you have opted out; and from the service providers listed above, in the course of them delivering a service to us, such as a payment confirmation from Stripe.
Sensitive Information
We do not ask for, collect, or use sensitive personal information as defined by California and other state privacy laws. That means we do not collect precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, or information about race, ethnicity, religion, union membership, sexual orientation or the contents of your private communications. Card payments are handled by Stripe and card numbers never reach us. If you are considering sending us health-related details in a message, please do not; tell us you have a question instead and we will find the right way to handle it.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To deliver and manage the services you've purchased
- To send service-related updates, and, with consent, marketing communications
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted providers to run our business and deliver services, including website hosting (Netlify), forms, customer relationship management and messaging (GoHighLevel, also operating as LeadConnector), card payment processing (Stripe), website analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement and retargeting (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram ads), and AI-assisted design and content production tools (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS & Text Messaging
We send text messages only to people who have given us their number and agreed to be texted, either on one of our forms or in the course of a project. Messages are replies to your inquiry, project updates, appointment and call reminders, and occasionally an offer on one of our own services. Message frequency varies with what is happening on your project, and is usually a few messages a month at most.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of submitting a form, buying anything, or receiving service from us. The box that agrees to texts covers both the messages about your project and the occasional offer, it is never pre-checked, and leaving it unchecked does not stop us replying to you by email or phone. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Our messages are sent through GoHighLevel, which handles messaging for us, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of when and how you opted in to each messaging program, at what number, and of any opt-out you send us. We keep it so we can honor your choice and show what you agreed to, and we keep it for as long as we may need to evidence that consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted so that we can operate the messaging program. We do not sell phone numbers, we do not buy or sell leads, and we have no affiliate arrangements involving your phone number or your text messaging opt-in data.
Email Communications
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service-related emails (such as invoices or account updates) may continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing, as they are necessary to deliver the service.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In practice that means: an inquiry that does not become a project is kept while it is still useful to follow up on and then deleted on request at any time; a client's project records are kept for the life of the engagement; and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any point, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Categories of Information We Collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, business name), commercial information (services inquired about or purchased), and internet activity (pages visited, general location, device/browser data via cookies).
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you
- Access a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see below)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
This includes rights available under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states, to the extent they apply to you. You can submit a request through our Privacy Request page. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 30 to 45 days. If we deny a request, we'll explain why and how you can appeal.
Using An Authorized Agent
You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request for you. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm both that you gave that permission and that the request is yours.
Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use the Meta Pixel on this website to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Under some state privacy laws, that counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time: press Opt out on our cookie banner, or use the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page and choose Opt out. The pixel then stops on that visit and every visit after it in that browser.
Do Not Track And Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, our site does not respond differently to that signal. Some browsers and extensions also send an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, which tells a website not to sell or share personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends it, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics do not load, the same as pressing Opt out. You can also control cookies through our cookie banner, the Cookie Settings link in our footer, and your browser settings.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. We also do not sell or share personal information at all, which means we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where Your Information Is Processed
We are based in North Carolina and our services are aimed at businesses in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States by us and by the providers listed above. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to be processed here.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
