How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Mancini Business Solutions, LLC ("MBS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly, such as through our contact form or booking calendar: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project. We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as pages visited and general location, through analytics and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We work with trusted providers to run our business and deliver services, including payment processing (Stripe), customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), website hosting (Netlify, Cloudflare), data storage (Supabase), and website analytics (Google Analytics). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you will only receive messages related to your inquiry or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service-related emails (such as invoices or account updates) may continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing, as they are necessary to deliver the service.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, business name), commercial information (services inquired about or purchased), and internet activity (pages visited, general location, device/browser data via cookies).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
This includes rights available under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states, to the extent they apply to you. You can submit a request through our Privacy Request page. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 30 to 45 days. If we deny a request, we'll explain why and how you can appeal.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism beforehand.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, our site does not currently respond differently to that signal, though you can still control cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed at businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
