The terms covering your one-time website build.
This agreement is between Mancini Business Solutions, LLC ("MBS"), Hampstead, NC, and the client identified by signature below ("Client"). This Agreement incorporates by reference the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published at mancinibusinesssolutions.com.
Due in full prior to project kickoff. The standard fee for this package is $1,500, less any discount code applied at checkout. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is received, for any reason.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from receipt of the completed onboarding questionnaire and all required content and access. Delays caused by late or incomplete submissions from Client will extend the timeline accordingly.
Client agrees to complete the onboarding questionnaire promptly and provide all necessary materials (text, images, brand assets, login access) within 5 business days of project kickoff. Failure to provide required materials may result in project delays without refund.
Minor revisions are included for 30 days following launch. A revision is defined as small text changes, image swaps, or minor layout tweaks, not redesigns, new pages, or feature additions. Additional work beyond this scope will be quoted separately.
Website hosting and SSL are included at no additional cost for the first 12 months following launch. After 12 months, Client may (a) continue hosting with MBS at the standard monthly hosting rate, or (b) transfer the website to a hosting provider of Client's choosing. MBS will assist with any hosting transfer at no charge.
If Client already owns a domain, this section does not apply. MBS never becomes the registrant of a domain Client already owns, and no transfer fee of any kind applies to it.
If Client does not already own a domain, MBS may register one on Client's behalf. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MBS is listed as the registrant during the first hosting term. Upon request, MBS will provide the transfer authorization code needed to move the domain to a registrar of Client's choosing, subject to standard industry transfer restrictions. A $250 domain transfer fee applies whenever Client requests transfer of a domain MBS registered on their behalf.
Upon receipt of full payment, MBS assigns to Client all intellectual property rights in the custom website design, layout, and content created specifically for Client's project. This does not include general-purpose frameworks, templates, or code libraries MBS uses across multiple client projects, MBS retains ownership of these and Client receives a license to use them as embedded in their delivered website. This also does not include third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins, or similar) licensed rather than created by MBS; Client's rights to these are governed by the applicable third-party license. MBS retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing.
By purchasing this package, Client consents to receive transactional communications from MBS related to their project via email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Separately, during onboarding, Client will have the opportunity to opt in to marketing communications (project updates, promotional emails and texts) and to grant MBS permission to showcase the completed website, business name, and logo in its portfolio and marketing materials. Marketing consent is optional, is not required to purchase or use MBS's services, and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting hello@mancinibusinesssolutions.com or using the opt-out instructions included in any marketing message.
If this Agreement or the associated order form is completed by an MBS representative on Client's behalf, including during a live call or screen-sharing session, Client's verbal confirmation of the terms read aloud by the MBS representative constitutes Client's acceptance of this Agreement to the same extent as if Client had completed the form personally. MBS will read the material terms of the package aloud to Client before completing the order on Client's behalf, including price and scope. Client will still receive this Agreement by email for independent review and signature following purchase.
MBS may use a third-party automated compliance service to generate and maintain your website's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By signing this Agreement, you authorize MBS to input the business details you provide during onboarding into that service on your behalf. MBS is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and this service does not constitute legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your business's legal and regulatory compliance. Unless Client requests otherwise, MBS will include a small "Website by Mancini Business Solutions" credit, linked to mancinibusinesssolutions.com, in the footer of the delivered website. Client may request removal of this credit at any time by emailing hello@mancinibusinesssolutions.com, and MBS will remove it within a reasonable time.
MBS may use AI-assisted tools during design and development. All work is reviewed by MBS before delivery. See the AI Transparency Statement for more detail.
MBS is not liable for losses resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures, or changes made by Client after delivery. MBS's total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by Client.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
MBS reserves the right to terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms. In the event of termination by MBS without cause before the website is delivered, MBS will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to work not yet performed. Payments are otherwise non-refundable regardless of which party terminates or when.
By signing below, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above and authorizes MBS to begin work upon receipt of payment.
