Based in Hampstead, NC

Web design in North Carolina, built to bring in work.

A website is not a brochure. For a local business it is the thing standing between a search on someone's phone and a job on your calendar. We build that, and the system that catches the calls it generates.

Statewide

One partner, from the Crystal Coast to Charlotte.

We are based in Hampstead, in Pender County, sitting between Wilmington and the Crystal Coast. Every project runs remotely as standard, the build, the launch and the ongoing management, which is what lets us take on work right across the state and turn a site around in under a week. Being on this stretch of coast simply means that if you are nearby and would rather meet in person, it is worth asking.

What does not change from one market to the next is the problem. A local business gets found on a phone, gets judged in about three seconds, and loses the job to whoever answers first. Whether that phone is in Surf City or Ballantyne, the fix is the same: a fast credible site, a Google profile that agrees with it, and something that responds when you cannot.

What does change is strategy. Ranking in Morehead City is a different exercise from ranking in Raleigh, and we say plainly on each page below which fights are worth picking where.

A missed call in a trade business is not a missed call. It is a job that went to the next name on the list.
Service Areas

Where we work, and how close we are.

Four tiers, described honestly. Everything runs remotely by default; the closer we are, the more likely it is we can meet in person if you ask. We would rather say that plainly than imply a local office we do not have.

01

Pender County & Topsail

Home. Hampstead, Surf City, Topsail Beach, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry and Rocky Point. The shortest drive on the map if you would rather meet in person.

02

Crystal Coast & Carteret County

Our main focus area. Emerald Isle, Morehead City, Beaufort, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Newport and Atlantic Beach. About ninety minutes up the coast, so meeting in person is possible, just ask.

04

The Triangle & Charlotte

Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte and the surrounding metro suburbs. Handled remotely, start to finish, and we say so upfront.

Why It Works

Three things most NC local sites get wrong.

None of these are exotic. They are just the parts that get skipped when a site is treated as a one-off purchase instead of a working system.

01

The site and the Google profile disagree

Different business name, different phone, different service area. Google cannot reconcile them, so it trusts neither and ranks you below someone who got it consistent.

02

Nothing happens when a call is missed

You paid for the traffic, the click and the call. Then it hit voicemail and the caller dialed the next result. Every part of that is fixable in about a day.

03

Reviews arrive in bursts, then stop

Ten reviews in one week two years ago reads worse to Google than a steady trickle. Consistent, automated asking after every job is what actually moves the map pack.

FAQ

North Carolina questions, answered.

No. We are based in Hampstead, between Wilmington and the Crystal Coast, and every project is built and managed remotely, which is why we work with businesses right across the state. Your Google Business Profile uses your address, not ours, so where we sit has no bearing on where you rank.

Ours are $1,500 as a one-time build with the first year of hosting included, or $247 a month billed annually for the Growth plan (6-month minimum), which adds missed-call text-back, AI chat, review automation, CRM and local SEO. Growth Pro is $697 a month billed annually plus a $1,000 one-time setup fee. Every price is published on the pricing page rather than hidden behind a call.

The honest answer is three to six months for meaningful local SEO movement, and longer in competitive metros like Raleigh and Charlotte. The lead capture side works immediately: missed-call text-back starts saving calls the day it is switched on. Anyone promising page one in a week is not being straight with you.

HVAC, dental, construction and real estate, plus the wider home services trades. They share a pattern: high-value jobs, customers who search on a phone, and a missed call that goes straight to a competitor.

It means structuring your site so engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews can read and cite your business when someone asks them for a recommendation. It is a growing share of how people find local services, and the work overlaps heavily with good traditional SEO, so it costs nothing extra to do properly.

Projects run remotely as standard, from onboarding through to the launch call, and that is what keeps a five to seven day build on schedule. If you are on the coast or in Eastern NC and would rather meet face to face, ask and we will see if it can be arranged. For the Triangle and Charlotte it is remote only, and we say so upfront rather than pretending otherwise.
